Mommy, Give Me Pills is a mix of scripted and improvised material that is all (sort of) true. This nonfiction narrative piece traces an addict's (who is also an alcoholic) struggle with pills. With medical use and beyond, she must navigate how much is too much and when is it okay to numb the pain like everybody else.
