King of the Globe: Memoirs on a Skewer is a series of plays within a play that reveal the cyclic nature of insatiable avarice and thirst for power, as well as the futility of it all. The complete work was originally presented at Highways Performance Space in Santa Monica, CA.
Taking three vignettes from this work, this new production embraces the original's absurdism and magical realism, utilizing handmade puppets to bring these strange and wonderful stories to life in a live, virtual format.
