How does one get paid what they're worth? One needs to do the research, have the skills to negotiate, and use confidence to close the deal–whether that’s asking for more, accepting an offer, or walking away. This workshop will walk participants through the negotiation process from initial comparative research to the acceptance or decline of an offer. The discussion of related topics, such as the wage gap and gendered societal expectations surrounding money, will help to promote the importance and positive ripple effect of women getting paid what they’re worth.

NOTE: This is a ticketed event. Please visit our Eventbrite to purchase a ticket.
This session will begin at 11:00 am ET on Thursday, July 2nd, 2020.
Its link to join will only be visible to those registered and signed in to their Sched account.
